Job description

1. Project management:

• Coordinate with leaders of Divisions, Departments, sales and customers, partners in determining the scope and purpose of the project
• Develop project plan and assign detailed work to project members
• Manage and monitor the progress and quality of the project according to the plan; Manage changes and risks arising during project implementation to ensure project success
• Manage project related documents
• Periodic and ad hoc reports to leaders of Divisions, Divisions and related parties during project implementation

2. Support tendering and contract management

• Business and technical coordination to build bid documents
• Assist in the execution of tenders
• Participate in contract drafting with subcontractors
• Monitor advance work, contract settlement payment
• Support internal and external departments/departments in building and optimizing processes related to project management and implementation

Candidate Requirements

• 1-3 years project management experience
• English equivalent to TOEIC 600 or higher
• Knowledge of bidding, proficient use of tools/applications/project management software
• Preference will be given to candidates who have participated in and managed projects of the State Block, large enterprises
• Preference will be given to candidates with university degrees in automation, electronics and telecommunications
• Preference will be given to candidates who have attended training courses or have PMP certificates
